With (2) new tellers with rules that are not policy according to your cooperate office. This week is was the last straw that broke the camels back.They both are rude & dismissive. Went to a new branch 7mi. Out of my way to receive proper service.

She was a consummate professional and really took the time to make sure that said teen understood each faucet of the account and that every feature was properly functioning. Bankers like her are quite literally the only reason that I continue to bank with Wells Fargo instead of moving my business and personal accounts to a credit union or the like.

After 13 minutes of being on hold and being switched from one automated system to another I was forwarded to a call center. The call center switched me back to the 54th Ave so. branch where I was again had to navigate the automated menu. I could have walked to the branch in the time it took to get a person on the phone.
