Natalie was able to research the check in a matter of minutes and tell me the mistake the other branch manager made and apologized for the air and anxiety this caused. She couldn’t have been any nicer and more professional. She also introduced me to a prestige banking employee, Lori, who I’ve known for years From my old banking location. These two Bankers have been exceptional, accommodating, and checking on me to make sure all my banking needs. I’ve been satisfied.
