I took too long to withdraw my cash from the Drive-Thru ATM at this branch and the ATM took my money back and still debted my account. Talked to the bank staff and got the complete run around. Came back a 2nd time in the same day and finally got to talk to the manager. Then they had me file a claim that was later denied and the only reason they can give for denial is "inconsistencies within the claim" which is ludicrous because they have a CAMERA at every atm which shows if you took your money or not. Very disappointed and upset. Still haven't seen my money back yet. *****EDIT***** I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS BANK IT ONLY TOOK 60 DAYS AND A LONG BATTLE 🥵
