    Typical Truist customer service. Close the branch an hour early to do an upgrade. The only notification is a sign behind a darkened door. Drove out of my way to come to this branch as google and their website said open, but they were not. Apparently corporate wasn’t willing to pay the employees to stay an extra hour instead of closing earlier. Inconvenience the customer, not the bottom line. At the least change your hours on google to reflect

    Never work with Truist. I was with them 20+ years and they froze my accounts for over a month because of one bad check that was resolved within a week. Then you call them and talk to someone in India who just tells you he knows nothing and can’t help. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service!

    Received new debit card Feb 2025 by april all numbers rubbed off fast fwd labor day weekend received new card priority mail 35doll Activated it went to use it declined Cut my old card off Stranded no money 3 days Called 10 times told me i was putting wrong info in 2 days later found a guy able to reaet Had emergency flight to get to but unable to uae card so cost me 200 dollars extra by dealing with them Closing my accts here suggest no one bank here you will be aorry
