- SRS RJul 8, 20251.0I finally left and went to a different Truist. The customer service was terrible. I needed assistance and they took other people that came in after me before me. I didn’t even get an approximate wait time or acknowledgment that I was there and would be taken shortly. There are so many other branches - go elsewhere.

Not checking the revues before I made a move to Truist was a big mistake. Customer service s ucks when you call the main number. Go elsewhere as this is a nickel and dime bank.

They were short staffed but Derek left his post behind the counter to sit me down and go through the process of opening an account. He was very friendly, quick and efficient.
