- KKKaybriiDec 17, 20251.0I’ve been banking with truist for the longest and this is the most unprofessional unaware bank location ever , you guys are a bank you guys are responsible for people money !!I called today to ask a very important question about my money mind you I came up there yesterday and exactly what she told me wouldn’t happen would !! When working in a bank you should give sure answers that you know I will be closing my account today and I will make sure no one wants to bank here ever again !!

They barely have a competent staff, any transaction is at least 30 minutes or more, and the drive through is hardly ever open. I leave this place angry every single time. I guess I have to drive out of my way from here on out if I want to continue banking with Truist.
- DLDennis LJul 21, 20251.0Do not use this bank I made a deposit but it takes 3 to 4 days for the money to actually show up in your account and not even the bank can see if you made it its like strange the bank can't even see that you made the deposit so I guess you make it and just have to hope nothing goes wrong and you get your money
