- TSTheresa SchusterApr 11, 20231.0I had SunTrust they just merged with BB&T to Truist. I cannot pay on line pmts anymore my online pay screen is frozen I get a letter plus late fee from the place I tried to pay and returned pmts. and this has happened twice. So to pay bills I requested checks over 3 and a half weeks ago. Called they said they are working on it ??? I can't get through to my branch only a call service which is unacceptable. Terrible Experience.
