Had a great experience as a walk in today- Johelitza Reyes came to assist me and my Mom after only a couple minutes in waiting area. She was easy to understand, she was compassionate with my Mothers concerns and she was able to address all our needs in one visit. Thank you Johelitza! This was my only interaction with this bank and it was a good one.

I don't even have to wonder why this branch has 3 stars. I wish I could give it a negative star for how much you have to put up with to bank here. I sat in traffic to get to this bank today. For her to close the door in my face at 2:10 pm saying that they were closing early due to having no tellers. She tells me , "I can go to Narcossee." FOR QUARTERS no thank you. I will do my best to avoid this bank at all!!!!

Like many others ...terrible experience at this bank! The branch manager has a terrible attitude and acts like a spoiled 3 year old!

Don’t Trust their bill pay system!!! They will dispense payments without your authorization and then bill you $36 in overdraft fees for a bill that they pay days after a your money is the in the account to pay for it! They pend the money from your account then hit you with overdraft then days later make the payment after the balance can cover it. Don’t bother dealing with local branch officials as they are neutered to assist, they defer on to the manager who sits on their hands and wants to rake in on fees. Take my advice go to a larger more reputable bank, these people are incompetent!!!
