I hate this Bank. Very very slow. If I get a new bank card they constantly send it to the wrong address even after going in three times to correct it. They never answer the phone so I have to make a trip there with any and all questions or problems.

Horrible customer service. My son was here 19 minutes before they closed and they refused to cash his check saying they were about to close.

My father in law and I needed a notary to sign off on legal papers for my lawyer. Walked in and waited, there was no one available. All cool, no problem. Then after 10 mins, Naomi, a banker and the only notary walked out of her office after finishing with her clients. There was one other family waiting in line before us, so we are up next. All good, no problem, everything is going smooth. Before she assists them, she quickly asked what are we in for, and we asked for a notary. She then looks through our documents, flipping through every page. She said it depends on the document, etc. We said legal settlement agreement for our lawyer. She then proceeds to say she is the only notary, and if my father in law currently banks with Truist, and he does. I currently dont bank with Truist but she didn't turn to ask me, and I figured since he banks here, It doesn't matter if I do or not, right? Their online website even states they help notarize for non members. All good still, no problems, she then walks back to office and attends her new clients that were waiting before us. After waiting for 25 mins, she called us in, and asked for our ID's and Truist debit cards and I said I dont have one. She said, "well then I can't help you today." Really weird interaction. Won't be coming back.
