- CBChris BNov 10, 20251.0Worst customer service ever. Carlos was extremely rude, and should not be in contact with any clients period. Also, don’t bother even calling this branch at Palencia, as they’re all lazy and NEVER answer the phone period. I’ve contacted Truist corporate office to notify them of how bad service is at this branch.
