Also, don’t bother even calling this branch at Palencia, as they’re all lazy and NEVER answer the phone period. I’ve contacted Truist corporate office to notify them of how bad service is at this branch.

After 3 months and 7 times asking about it they respond saying they can't check thier cameras. Also 6 times out of the 7 that I asked to be called back they never did. I would honestly sue them, but its just not worth the time and energy. They really let me down
