Took nearly 25 min to deposit a check, ridiculous. Had someone also at the commercial line doing a transaction that should have been inside. So switched lanes after waiting nearly 15mij there. Unfortunate circumstances but bad execution.

today October 26, 2022 visited the branch. more incompetent employees were not met. they refused to cash the check (as I understood it more spaciously, they knew what to do) moreover, during the conversation, constant smirks, not a desire to help, and in the end they also said to me in the back “these are your problems” I have been from the USA since July and more boorish and not professional did not find work. I had a passport check and I have been for the third month (in other offices) and there are no problems anywhere! this speaks only of one complete lack of understanding of one's work. It is unfortunate that one has to deal with this. the us state, us citizens are trying to help us as much as possible (a refugee from Ukraine) BUT, as it turned out, there is a bank branch that doesn’t care and they believe that their incompetence is our problem! ashamed !

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve not had a good experience with Truist at all. Branches only open 9-5 M-F no Saturday hours. The sites say 6pm on Friday, not true. None of the ATMs are cash deposit capable that I’ve found yet. How are working people supposed to deposit cash or make it to speak with someone

Worst experience with a bank ever. If I can give negative Stars I definitely would. We've been a SunTrust customer for years with no problems. Please Google Truist reviews and you will see the crazy amount of problems all of their customers are having with this Bank. They have predatory practices with their fees and policies and will not correct their mistakes. The main issue with many others and with us is Bill pay. They will send out checks that they will allow to be cashed up to 10 days before due date that you have requested and will not correct the issue. Please before banking with them do some research they are absolutely horrible. I am patiently waiting for the class action lawsuits that will be happening against this Bank. We have reported them to all of the major financial institute watch dogs and reported all of shady practice's we have experienced with them.
