The teller was friendly but when asked to speak with a manager regarding my issues the coward sent her back and refused to speak with me. I was very close to never banking with you again. Thankfully I found a better branch and manager at the Wells Fargo near the Super Target up the road. They all helped me including the African American manager. We are more than just an account. We are people who appreciate compassion and good customer service.
