My dad is 92 years old he doesn't have a license, but we bought in his passport which you would only need to be updated if you are traveling is a great form of identification & also bought in his citizenship document & they denied him trying to get his OWN money. People please what happened to common sense ? He's 92 & he can't go to DMV and get an ID he's fragile, But he's got his American passport, but because is not updated, he couldn't get his money. It's crazy & silly.

They were looking at an old closed savings account. On top of this, I get my wf platinum card back nearly broken in half. Thank you Nicole for the one star experience.
- NSNatasha SimoneNov 26, 20201.0I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and by far this is THE most incompetent branch I've ever dealt with. I had a hardship. The teller was friendly but when asked to speak with a manager regarding my issues the coward sent her back and refused to speak with me. I was very close to never banking with you again. Thankfully I found a better branch and manager at the Wells Fargo near the Super Target up the road. They all helped me including the African American manager. We are more than just an account. We are people who appreciate compassion and good customer service.
