    The bankers at this branch are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been banking with TD bank for over 10 years and never had an issue here. I can only think the negative reviews on here are from disgruntled individuals trying to do stuff without proper documentation or what not. I have always been treated nicely and they always have a lot of time for me to address all my questions. Thank you for all the help today.

    Elisa Whitehall, the “manager” and Jose, were the most rude, unhelpful people I have ever come across. If you have any kind of questions don’t come here because they will shrug you off and make faces. If you’re going to be in a service job, learn some hospitality.

    When old people walk in they are so nice and all smiles. When younger people walk in they treat you like a 3rd class citizen. The royal Palm beach blvd location was way better wish they didn't close it.
