    Elisa Whitehall, the “manager” and Jose, were the most rude, unhelpful people I have ever come across. If you have any kind of questions don’t come here because they will shrug you off and make faces. If you’re going to be in a service job, learn some hospitality.

    I came in to open an account because I had a lot of cash and I had heard good things about this bank. When Oscar thought that I was gonna open an account, he was super kind, the minute that I didn’t have the right documentation his demeanor changed and he treated me with a lot of disdain. It was incredibly unprofessional. I work in customer service and if I had to deny a customer, I would do it with respect a smile on my face and help them the best I could. Oscar did not do this. He treated me like I was wasting his time. Even though it is his job to open accounts. I ended up going to a different bank and they had no issues. They treated me with respect kindness and gave me amazing customer service. Zero stars for Oscar.
