I went to TD because I could not stop online deductions from companies after cancellations, but the associate was more interested in getting me to apply for a credit card, take out a loan or upgrade my account. No empathy towards me. Did not offer to help to get my money back like PNC did. Just gave me a new bank card, and said that’s it. We have both our checks direct deposited at TD and I’m looking to switching direct deposit for them.

- JGJupiter GroveMar 9, 20181.0Convenient?? Forget It. I went in to make a deposit this morning. First of all the ATM was broken and no one was repairing it. I entered the branch and had to wait in a Loooong line for the One teller that was open. For the entire time of my wait I saw a big guy with a TD shirt on sitting in the far corner at a customer service desk. The only service he was engaged in during my wait was pecking at his cell phone, while other customers were sitting waiting to see someone. I won't use this branch again unless I have to.
