It's 12:30pm and I'm in lunch break standing in line watching 1 slow, extremely slow, bank clerk just dragging along and chit chatting while 3 customers waiting. I'm already mad they started closing at 4pm instead of 5pm. They are in a convenient location so I deal with. I hope BB&T will improve.
