He never asked me my name or if he could call me when the system came back up. Needless to say I walked out -- I dodged a bullet with my $!

I have an account that's 50 years old with the "biggest" bank and they treat me like steerage. Had a fair amount of money on deposit with them and I moved most of it over to some of the products Ozark. Props to Bader, a very thoughtful man who took great time and care to make sure everything was handled correctly and understandably.
