Letting the error or ? be fixed (sometimes needing a reminder). But never again. I will forever call out their errors (honest or dishonest). Have had substantial funds blocked while overseas. Then I learned, or advised, I needed an international cellphone. Never any warning of this requirement. Then, I am treated as a possible criminal, hey would not accept my pass codes. I then consider then the criminals. Beware of this/these bank reps. This based on my personal experience and personal thoughts resulting from personal experience. Can not navigate. Either my tablet or the bank!
