The entire team is always professional, efficient, and friendly. A special shoutout to the person who facilitated opening my account Alexandra Pena who (coincidentally we share the same last name lol) They consistently go above and beyond to ensure smooth transactions. Even the Branch manager Carmen Otero came out to introduce herself and welcome me as a customer. Felt very at home. Their attention to detail and customer-first approach make banking a seamless experience. - CKCrypto KnowJan 17, 20251.0I'm baffled as to why a Bank would refuse a customer's money, as I assumed that Banks are in business and stay in business by utilizing customer's funds to conduct trades & make investments, and other transactions???.....SouthState Bank, located at 25151 S. US 1 Dixie Hwy in Princeton/Homestead Florida 33032 had at least five idle, available, nonchalant, dis-engaged employees who refused to serve one, solitary customer, who was not only the ONLY customer waiting to be served in that facility, but was the one who initiated contact with employee(s), in an attempt to get some attention and hopefully get served. They basically ignored him (unless he initiated conversation) The customer eventually spoke to two employees, and was told by both to have a seat, and as the customer waited for a long while and decided to continue waiting - and while waiting - observed two different employees walk past him [within touching distance] (without saying a word to him), causing the customer to wonder if this was really happening ??? . . . . if he was really being made to feel invisible & unwanted ??. The customer sat a little longer until realizing that the two employees behind the glass door (who were entertaining each other, laughing & giggling the whole time), simply had other priorities. √ The branch manager Carmen Otero even walked past the Customer without asking if he needed or wanted any assistance. <> He eventually realizes that his business is not welcomed at this particular branch and decides to leave. Upon exiting the front door, he was again encountered by two employees who never uttered a word or acknowledged his presence. Customer entered the Bank without being acknowledge, served, or looked at, and left the same way. I've never seen anything like it !
