Their employee did not do their job and I was left uninformed. Found out years later they were hitting my credit report and taking money out of the secured money. I never use the card And had no knowledge of it. They took it off my app so I couldn’t even see it and then put it back on in July when they took all the money. They are not in the business of looking out for their clients and they will not help you when one of their employees makes a mistake. They have the wrong phone number in the account and didn’t even have my proper number that all of my other accounts with Td Bank have. They need to do better with their staff and training and they need to do better with their accountability when they make mistakes. I paid them $300 for a secured card to build credit with that particular bank. Not that I needed to build credit in general but for that particular bank. When I asked, are there anything else I need to know they said no just make your payments. That was not true. And out of all the times I’m in that bank. They never once said hey do you realize you have an annual charges you’re not paying. Nothing. So I paid them for a credit card. I never used and they also hurt my credit. While taking my money. We will be taking them to court, my lawyer said we have a good case.
