- RMRob MasonOct 19, 20251.0In my 31 years of doing business with this bank I have never encountered a manager as rude as the one working here. I asked her about a savings account my wife created online and she argued with me very rudely that it was impossible to open a joint online account after I showed her on my phone that the account was listed under my other accounts. The teller working the drive thru window overheard the conversation and had to correct her that she was wrong, after realizing this she turned around and walked away from my mid-sentence while I was talking. I then realized it was time to switch banks. I am now transitioning all my accounts to another bank. I already moved both of my business accounts accounts away last year after getting charged for everything possible. This branch lost out on $150K worth of CD sales I had planned on purchasing for my daughters on this day. I ended up getting a better rate elsewhere, so it all worked out for the good!
