- RMRob MasonOct 19, 20251.0In my 31 years of doing business with this bank I have never encountered a manager as rude as the one working here. I asked her about a savings account my wife created online and she argued with me very rudely that it was impossible to open a joint online account after I showed her on my phone that the account was listed under my other accounts. The teller working the drive thru window overheard the conversation and had to correct her that she was wrong, after realizing this she turned around and walked away from my mid-sentence while I was talking. I then realized it was time to switch banks. I am now transitioning all my accounts to another bank. I already moved both of my business accounts accounts away last year after getting charged for everything possible. This branch lost out on $150K worth of CD sales I had planned on purchasing for my daughters on this day. I ended up getting a better rate elsewhere, so it all worked out for the good!
- RRRON REISKINAug 14, 20211.0I made an appointment to speak to a banker, took a week to get it, went in & told by David I never made an appointment, the gal who made it didn’t put it on the list. David denied I made it and to make one for next week. I am on auto pay and because my rent increased from $1700 to $1800 they refused to pay the agent. Called the bank and was told it’s the fault of the broker and it still wasn’t corrected they denied payment the following month. The first time was July 2021 the second one is is for August 2021. When ever the bank makes a mistake they blame the customer. This never happened with the previous manager, it started with David. I would like this matter corrected and notified. Very unhappy Customer
