- MSMatt SSep 12, 20221.0I have be going to SunTrust now Truist for years and every month I have the same transaction which they could clearly see in my history yet this branch in particular likes to treat me like a criminal for using my own money. I'll just stick with my faithful location that's never given me problems. Maybe BB&T had really high standards compared to SunTrust, idk but I'm not going to sign my signature on a separate piece of paper and get the stink eye for doing basic banking.
