Truest bank is the worst bank I have ever used. They take your money and hold it from you when depositing checks without prior knowledge of said hold deposited a check from a large corporation and upon depositing read the information provided saying it would be cleared the next business day well to my surprise it was not, and when I further looked into it was being told it was going to be held for two weeks. I reached out to customer service to see if it could be cleared sooner and was told no there’s nothing to be done. I then asked to have the check returned to me so I could cash it elsewhere and was also told that is not a possibility Now I’m faced with not being able to pay certain things that need to be paid in order for me to survive, the customer service was terrible and basically told me that I’m screwed. They can’t help the fact that I could lose my home due to not being able to pay my rent after depositing my check into their bank , I would highly recommend banking with Truist.

So much worse service at this branch. Always Understaffed. ATM didn’t work so I had to go inside to make a cash deposit. Only one person working the counter. Line long. Use another branch!! This one is poorly managed.
