- LFLisa M FletcherDec 15, 20251.0Lousy at answering phones....called and immediately was put on hold over and over again and no one ever came to the line...after several minutes they dropped/disconnected each of my calls. Reps Unable to correctly create accounts without issues....son opened a new acct and not 1 but 3 times they created issues and blocks on the account and his money was kept by bank/branch longer then necessary...had to go back to branch plus numerous calls to their customer service dept. Big mistake opening an acct there!
- KRKatherine RSep 9, 20251.0This is the absolute WORST td bank ever. My dad went to deposit into my acc and they denied him bc he needed to deposit with a check and not cash ?! The manager Jennifer was extremely rude to him for no reason. And this is coming from someone who has worked previously with TD Bank. It’s a shame that they have reps like this working at such a good bank. I tried giving them a call 3 times and they didn’t even answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
- KEkennedy everettSep 5, 20251.0Worst bank I’ve ever had. This is the 3rd, yes 3RD time they’ve screwed up depositing my businesses check. THEY SCREWED IT UP. I have recipets when my check was deposited. I have bills to pay and they can’t tell me when MY money will be available. While I do my reasearch on finding another & better bank which will probably be any bank aside from this one, I’d stay clear of TD.
