- MPMaryAnn Parks4 days ago1.0I can’t go into my safety deposit box online. I have to conr in. Right now I’ve been here 35 minutes. Yes I did not make an appointment but apparently only one person can go into the vault in the entire bank here and he’s pretty busy. Others chatting or eating.

- RRRay RodriguezOct 14, 20251.0Been banking with Wells Fargo since 2011. This bank is closest to my office and have been here once before. 1. Always understaffed for the amount of volume of people banking. 2. On 10/14/2025 I went to do a wire transfer. I was not able to do it using the app. I waited in line for 15 minutes to be told I needed to speak to a banker. I have been sitting on a couch for 52 minutes and not one employee has came to speak to me. Furthermore, the agent has been conversations with a woman in a cubicle about trips, dinner, neighbors, pushing the envelope, always some thing new, I’m literally typing their discussion as I write this review. If you bank with Wells Fargo and are considering coming here. Stay away. Message to management team at this location. Try to gauge traffic to have sufficient staff. Perhaps the people sitting in the office by themselves specifically the women corner office wearing red coat should try to greet customers and help alleviate the traffic. So finally a banker was freed up. Sabrina, just blew me off while the guy told her I was here first. Since he had a notary to do. So I continue to wait. Update : the banker next to me is still talking to the lady since 9 Am. It’s now 10:17. Overheard them talking about Instagram, toilet flushing, brain rot, love working with machines. Sabrina got interrupted 2 times while banking with me. On a score of 1-10. She gets. 4.
