The blonde albino teller is so rude, laughing in my face the whole time I was there, has NO KNOWLEDGE being a manager, telling me my estates account was between my lawyer and I. She has absolutely no customer service skills. Stephanie also the one with the accent she's just as horrible, has no knowledge of anything. All managers, asst managers and tellers need major retraining on people skills and banking in general. I will NEVER be back to TD Bank and I will NOT recommend to ANYONE I know. They even spoke about MY accounts with my Mother when she came in asking questions!!!!!!! My mother is not even on this account. You guys suck!
