By far the worst service in all my banking years. Automated responses that are impossible to help
with a simple question. Maybe Elon should clean house there!

Avoid this location at all costs. I went in to deposit a check and withdraw a portion of the amount. The teller was confused, and after about 5 minutes, she went to the back to hand it to a supervisor, and when she came back, she asked me to have a seat. After 15 minutes, I asked another lady in the lobby to find out what the hold up was for. She came back and stated that they had to verify with the other bank because the check was for a larger amount that needed that step. Another 10 minutes went by, and the teller called me over and stated that the check was "no good" and couldn't be cashed. I asked for clarification, and she said her manager was unable to get ahold of anyone at the other bank. I took the check and called the number written on it, and someone picked up right away. The manager looked dumbfounded when I told her I was on the line with the bank. She said, she would call right then. At least, another 5 minutes goes by, and at this point, I have gotten highly agitated. Another old lady wearing some type of hat for bald people came by and stated the number on the check was not in service. I told her I know that wasn't the case, because I just called it and reached someone from the bank. The bald lady told me that the other manager was on the line with the bank. I called the bald lady a liar, because somehow the manager was on the phone with someone. A few minutes later, the bald lady hands me the check after the other manager had gotten in touch with the bank. I had to go to another Wells Fargo branch to deposit the check.
This branch is filled with incompetent employees!!!!

least helpful bankers almost closed my account. they have no clue on their own policies I went to another branch took 5 min to resolve my problem I will never return to kings highway
