- BBB T BellinoSep 26, 20251.0Called WFB day before to ask if I needed an appointment for notary. Was informed by spokesperson no appointment was needed. Guess what.... The very next day after waiting several minutes in lobby, I was told by some female employee who came out, did not introduce herself but was quick to drill me about needing an appointment! However she seemed more interested in getting the name of person I spoke with over the phone yesterday. I have been a WF customer/depositor for several years will definitely be taking my business and money elsewhere nor recommending this financial institution. Just a matter of time when bankers are going the way of pay phones, magazines and newspapers etc. Another lesson learned that I should have learned several years ago when they charged me as a customer $15 for a money order and also needed an appointment to do so....charged me $15 to use my own money in deposited in their bank trediculous! Adios... Well Fargo I am taking your stagecoach out of Dodge ....

The person answering the phone would not tell me if the location was open or closed??? So, the can't answer the simplest of questions, are you in business or not! Ridiculous.
