    I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Wells Fargo branch while trying to deposit a payroll check. From the moment I approached the window, the bank teller Eileen made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I felt racially profiled and disrespected based on how I was treated compared to other customers. She repeatedly interrupted me and my fiancé every time we tried to speak, and ran my payroll check multiple times, almost triggering an automatic hold. A simple deposit turned into a frustrating ordeal that could have affected my access to my own paycheck. When I asked for the name of a supervisor to report the interaction, the manager, Amber Nicole responded with a nasty and dismissive attitude and stated that she herself was the supervisor. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no willingness to de-escalate the situation or listen to our concerns. This branch clearly needs serious training in customer service, cultural sensitivity, and basic banking procedures. No one should leave a bank feeling targeted, spoken over, and disrespected—especially when handling their hard-earned payroll. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Before switching managers this location was great,but it has slowly been in a decline since then and finally has hit rock bottom. I have never had dealt with customer service this rude and all around nasty in my life. Also their ATM eats your deposit and they “can’t put a sign on it” even when it was acknowledged as an issue and that they are waiting on a part and the manager says “this has been on going for months”

    This is my Wells Fargo store of choice when I get to make one. Fast, friendly and by the books. They got to know me pretty personally and make my time in there short and to the point now which is what I like! Normal bank doing normal stuff!
