- MRMark RomizaJul 31, 20255.0Can't say enough about the incredible help I received from Mike Dupy, he had my back all the way, had issues with insurance and he helped me out so much by actually being my go between, non stop took at least a month of back and forth, have to mention I'm disabled and can barley walk, I had so many things going against me, I truly hope he gets some recognition, I've emailed corporate about his help and to my knowledge no one has mentioned anything to him, he actually deserves a plaque, never has anyone gone that far out of his way to help me.

I was getting frustrated after I visited 2 other branches earlier that could not/would not help with something as simple as opening a credit card. Jason, the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and also got me to think about some things that I hadn’t even considered. While I was in this branch I also saw another teller go out of his way to help the customer in front of me, but I didn’t catch his name. Keep doing what y’all are doing! And thanks again!

I was told the managers were busy, which I could see. I told them I could come back or wait. She asked me to wait while she checked to see how long it would be. Another teller came & told me I needed to go online & make an appointment. What??? They didn't even ask if I was a customer. I am & have been for several years, with 3 accounts. I might not be very much longer with customer service like this. I definitely will not go to this branch again.
