- ACAlex CorwinMar 17, 20231.0I raged a 1 star because it won't go lower..I changed phones and could not access my banking app on the new phone because it was tied to a previous phone number..I call them up to change it...after 30 minutes of automated options I finally got through and put in my social to get my account balance and info for them to tell me it's not in the system so now I have to speak to a agent who then tells me the same thing. This bank is extremely unprofessional and unconvinient. Also too add when you get low in your account they will doubt charge the same transactions so they can collect on overdraft fees. Absolutely appalling and I will be switching banks.
