He was told that they couldn’t do it because it takes 45 minutes to open an account and they closed at 4. He was not polite about it either. If he had been professional and courteous we would totally understand and come back another day but he wasn’t. There are 3 other banks within walking distance from them so we left and went elsewhere. Another bank was happy to help us!
