    I came in to Truist of Nocatee, Fl and was able to meet with Orlando Arauz. He spent 20 minutes with me helping me connect my Truist debit card with my Zell pay account. He was super helpful and wonderfully kind. I highly recommend this branch of Truist Bank.

    When I opened my Truist account years ago, it was Sun Bank then SunTrust and now Truist. I am a retired manager of 35 years with Publix Super Markets, so I know what customer service is all about. I would like to pass on to you the wonderful customer service I received from Orlando Arauz at your Ponte Vedra branch. He went out of his way with patience.and kindness to help this senior citizen.     This branch is the laziest branch i have ever entered. They never answer the phone. The company is trying to go modern and not have tellers and i believe that is the biggest mistake they could do. The young guy sitting in the right office is so incompetent. I hope they get their act straight.

    Great lots of in ATM in this locations also has modern option of teller connect. No need to go all the way inside the branch everything can be via the atm. The only down side they have teller connect disabled until after the merger is complete. Don’t be surprise if they put a hold a check deposit for seven days. The new account status won’t drop until 4 months of banking with Suntrust that it automatically drops.
