This is a pretty new account (about a month old) so I never been to this bank until today and I wished I would have never stepped a foot into this bank because of the way I was treated. #1- The teller approached the counter and asked how she can help me and I told her I needed to withdrawal money from my savings account and she was looking all into my accounts asking me a bunch of questions as to why I was transferring money so much into my accounts which I did not understand why that was any of her business. #2- She was looking at my direct deposits into my account and was asking me about that so I told her that is a payroll company and she says "oh sorry I was just making sure it wasn't fraud" I have NEVER been treated like this going into a bank before. I am an account holder and I am getting treated like this??? I can understand if there was a legit reason to suspect fraud then that would be handled accordingly but there was NO reason whatsoever to suspect me of fraud! I will never go into this branch again.

The lack of transparency from the beginning led to a waste of valuable time on a process that, apparently, was never going to be possible. If this is how things start, I can’t imagine how they continue. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this institution.
