    If I could give a zero I would! They don’t assist customers who either bank with them or use their services. They had a fraudulent money stealing device placed on their drive thru ATM and I had $240 taken from me behind this. I called in just to see if they had did a police report or atleast reported this incident since multiple people that use that ATM were victims of this scheme and so far they’ve been dismissive. I spoke with a woman initially who told me contact customer service to file a claim. Which I did. When they finished the claim, it was deemed I did receive money from the ATM which is false. I have photos AND video of the incident. After researching, I found out there’s a fraudulent device criminals are going around installing at ATMs to steal customers money they attempt to withdraw from their accounts. This device blocks the cash from coming out. It hold it inside until the coast is clear and these criminals come remove it and take the money they’ve stolen from no telling how many hardworking people. Once again today, I called the branch back just to get some info on have they documented this issue to make it easier for victims to get their money back, the young lady wasn’t listening to me at all. This was confirm when during the middle of me talking and explaining what I need help with, she starts saying goodbye & hope you feel better to someone else in the background. I said I’m sorry are you speaking to me, she says no someone else, I’m listening though. Right there is why this is happening. They could care less what’s happening to folks in this community using their branch location. At the end of the call, she says ok sorry that happened let me transfer you to customer service and just forwarded me over to the 800 number! Had she been listening to anything I said she would know I’ve already spoke to them and I need info from THIS BRANCH specifically as the theft occurred at THIS BRANCH specifically!!!!!!! I’m doing a police report today. But it does make you wonder if someone in this branch is in on the jig! Why are they so dismissive of things happening at this location. I get it, it’s not your money. But this community keeps THIS branch up and running by giving you guys our business. So when fraud/theft occurs at your branch you should be more than willing to make yourself to help! That’s how you remain in the community and keep the doors open. I will be taking this as far as needed. A man this happen to at another bank had the news crew there, police there, etc………..if that’s the steps I have to take to get help efficiently then I will. There’s no reason why fraud that’s occurring at your branch you should be pushing off on a 1-800 number to speak with reps who are probably somewhere on the other side of this country and not hands on with what’s happening at YOUR BRANCH, you guys work there EVERYDAY except Sundays, you can’t tell a customer if you’ve been made aware of the device installed on YOUR drive thru ATM???? That’s unacceptable and unprofessional, financial crimes occurring at your banks are federal offenses so you should take it just as serious as the civilian who had their money stolen. I have video and photos below that clearly shows this fraudulent activity called “cash trapping” took place at their location. This device took several people money and this confirmed as I saw everyone panic as I did when their money didn’t come out AND I spoke to someone the Monday after the incident, that they have received NUMEROUS reports on the issue. Yet today, this woman acted clueless about what was my issue and forward me to the 1800 line when I had already spoke to them and they refer me back to the branch manager.

    I had a great experience with this branch. I had to bring my 2 little boys with me that day & received a warm welcome from staff. We were in a financial predicament & Greg was very helpful in his attempts to resolve our business issue. He went above & beyond to help. Unfortunately, it was not successful. But no fault of his own. I felt alot better after some questions were answered. WF was not at fault. Very knowledgeable. I look forward to establishing a business relationship with this branch. Thank you to all staff from God's Gas Service!

    . I scheduled an appt at 4:15pm to open an account. I got there 5min late due to traffic (4:20pm) + I left work earlier to be able to get there on time. When I got there the agent told me It was too late “ because the process would take around 45min and they close at 5pm” FOR 5 MIN!! Very disrespectful. If you close at 5pm don’t give appts after 4pm. Disappointed .
