  Very friendly staff and lovely clean establishment. The 3 stars only comes from the fact they are super slow. There is often a line and very rarely more than one teller to assist customers. The teller most often needs a supervisor to approve a transaction which is typically another wait. Super nice staff, just frustratingly slow.

  Understaffed and everything Without an appointment is a big deal. It takes 10 minutes to do a Wire. There’s more staff in there than customers and you have to come back.

  Horrible customer service. The tellers prefer to stand around and “manage the line” instead of helping customers complete simple tasks. They ask you to do it yourself using the mobile app when you ask for help. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever visited and I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2008 in California.

  Used the drive through at 20 SE 24th Street east middle lane. As I was exiting, a sharp metal flange on the side of the curb pierced my tire and broke my hubcap. I had to call a tow truck and lost an entire days work as the tire had to be ordered. The Teller did come out immediately and said she would let the Bank Manager know. I never received a call back from the Bank and had to call them. The Bank Service Manager said she was trying to fnd out the protocol and advised if I did not hear from the Banks Insurance Company by five to call her back...really? Of course I did not receive the call and had to follow up again. Not sure what the outcome will be be. I am out $250.00 for this fiasco. BEWARE OF THE DRIVETHROUGH. Very disappointed at the poor/non-existant Customer Service.
