There is often a line and very rarely more than one teller to assist customers. The teller most often needs a supervisor to approve a transaction which is typically another wait. Super nice staff, just frustratingly slow.

They ask you to do it yourself using the mobile app when you ask for help. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever visited and I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2008 in California.
