One being my drivers license and the other is a credit card with the company’s name (who wrote me the check) and my name.Nancy told me she couldn’t cash my payroll check because of a discrepancy in the signature on the check. I’ve had this problem before and the bank teller simply calls my company’s office clears the check and cash is it for me. Not at this branch. Nancy said because I was not a Truist customer that she didn’t have to go that extra step for me. She was not helpful in the slightest and basically told me to kick rocks.

All that money, mostly through zelle, meaningless. Chime is the way to go, I'll be switching over soon. They seemingly don't nickel & dime you to death. I just checked my balance because I'm tight right now, sure enough another $12 to the bank. The employees are very professional & pleasant, has nothing to do with them. They have tried to work with me but they are constrained, within the system. Yes, a good portion of this is my lack of understanding. I'm at fault also.
