    The bank staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I stopped in without an appointment to help my dad, and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Everything was handled quickly and with care, which made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for excellent customer service.

    Love Truist and have been with them for over 15 years, but this is by far the most incompetent branch I have ever been to. The people are rude, slow moving, and the branch itself is dirty.

    Worse bank ever manager and her team not helping I deposited a check 3week ago and blocked my account for no reason nobody can not give any explanation Keep calling customer service they not even helping its so Frustrated All trust need to be close terrible the worse bank ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
