The one person that is working has been helping the same person for over an hour. He has walked by me seven times and hasn’t even acknowledge that I’m here. 2.9 review rating shows that Truist even cares. 500k CD expiring and was looking to roll over into a new cd I will be transferring my money to a different bank with a little bit better customer service.
