- EGeric grichOct 2, 20251.0Worst branch ever do not go here after updating all my info at another branch this branch had no knowledge of it and I was depositing cash If I was trying to do anything nefarious why would I deposit cash, have quite a substantial amount of money in another institution looking for a place more local to move it today the most “convenient” bank was inconvenient and they have decided they did not want my other business!
- MMM MAug 11, 20251.0As a new account holder, I went to the bank for some issues that I was having with my new account. I spoke to a young lady named Antonella, who appeared uninterested. She spoke in a very bored, unsympathetic and script like manner, essentially telling me that she does not make the rules. I ended up requesting someone else. Not a good first impression for a brand new account holder. A manager did stop by to speak with me and she was very professional. However, I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
