- EGeric grichOct 2, 20251.0Worst branch ever do not go here after updating all my info at another branch this branch had no knowledge of it and I was depositing cash If I was trying to do anything nefarious why would I deposit cash, have quite a substantial amount of money in another institution looking for a place more local to move it today the most “convenient” bank was inconvenient and they have decided they did not want my other business!
- MMM MAug 11, 20251.0As a new account holder, I went to the bank for some issues that I was having with my new account. I spoke to a young lady named Antonella, who appeared uninterested. She spoke in a very bored, unsympathetic and script like manner, essentially telling me that she does not make the rules. I ended up requesting someone else. Not a good first impression for a brand new account holder. A manager did stop by to speak with me and she was very professional. However, I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Today, when I went inside to go to the cash machine, I was greeted by two of the friendliest TD reps whom I hadn't seen in several weeks. They even remembered my dog Baci's name and brought her treats! OMG!!! You can't meet better quality people than this. They are great at helping with your banking needs, and they are so warm and welcoming. It's such a nice place to be a part of. Thank you, TD Bank!!
