- MNMy name Is my nameOct 9, 20251.0A few days ago, I had a terrible experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I was trying to cash a legitimate check, and even though the person who wrote it verified it twice — and mentioned they’ve written the same checks for others who cashed them with no issues — I was still denied until they came in person. I was made to feel like some kind of scammer instead of a customer just trying to handle normal business. It honestly felt like my race and appearance played a role in how I was treated. The branch manager, Filipe, added to the feeling of being dismissed and disrespected instead of helping resolve the issue. This is after making me waith over 40 minutes. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Wells Fargo needs to do better about how they treat people.

Gave us a hard time trying to open another account with Wells Fargo. She was not very knowledgeable and not helpful at all .We ended up taking our business to another financial institution where we were helped right away with the upmost respect and professionalism. I do not recommend anyone go to this location for any banking needs!
