- MLMaruli LJul 11, 20221.0Extremely unprofessional Regional Branch Manager, Wasi Hernández, decided she would help other walk-in customers before me. I had been waiting an hour already. I again asked if she had the ability to help me. She said she did but opted to help others and left me waiting for a banker. The banker was very professional. Still, Ms. Hernández did not come out when I asked if I could speak to her. There were no other customers to assist at this time. She just didn't want to assist me. Do yourself a favor, use another branch.
