She was nice and professional when she did notice me but declined my “change for $100” request because I wasn’t a member. I actually was considering switching to WelsFargo since my folks and friends have used them but something as simple as this turned me off fast. I went to my actual bank (BoA) which was farther away but not only did they welcome me, they never ONCE asked if I was a member, required a debut card, or anything because I was merely asking for change on a $100. They provided the change easily, with the requested bills, and were nice the whole time. BoA will be keeping my business over literally such a little gesture.
