If you want to waste your time and be given the run around then and only then would I recommend Catherine. She was on the top of the list for the first homeowner buyer lender when in reality she should have been at the bottom. She has made this process ultimately disappointing. We didn’t have a super high level of income so I guess that’s all that matters to her. Our realtor has attempted to contact her on multiple occasions with no response. You should honestly be ashamed of yourself. The inconsistency and reliability is disheartening and as young people looking for a first home and to start our family in the economy we are working with has made it feel as if we have no chance to ever have a home.
