    After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes they tell me I have to come inside which then had a line of over 6 people... I ended up waiting over 30 minutes additional.

    This is the worst Truist location. They don’t try to know you as customers. The drive through teller who does not speak great English today, treated me like a scammer while I was trying to deposit a check. I gave her my license, check and she had to find the act#. She told me to sign in my online banking. I did then she tells me a word is missing from the business the check was written to. I left had it corrected and initialed for her to tell me it’s now altered and she can’t accept it. Mark you, I’m a long time customer and a professional with proper id. Last time I went to deposit a check ti my personal account, they told me that I need my DL even though I gave them the Truist card. I am sick of them changing the rules to meet their personal feeling and not having a stand rule. I’m sued to going to my banker at another branch in Miramar. Plantation needs to get it together!.

    Not a trusit bank. Just a seacoast credit union under construction. Remove this title/name until it's concurrent otherwise wasting peoples time as they drive to you.
