    Today I went to pay my credit card and the cashier begged me to show my identification to receive the payment. no identification I do not pay ..... it seems somewhat silly, but it will be my last visit

    Sure enough, there's a reason for the low rating. I had an appointment, I arrived on time, and I checked in on my phone. However, no one attended to me for ten minutes. The clerk just said "wait" and then I had no idea what she was doing. Then why let people make an appointment?

    From July,2025 it’s became worse, stuffs don’t think they have some service response to the customer in lobby and drive through. Customer left in front of me and after I have to wait for ever. When i call someone came to serve me after 5 minutes, its was never happened to me last 10 years. All new faces and they don’t have enough skill to handle the customers. Its a busy place need experience stuffs. Today I have been waiting for another without call no one responding in 5 minutes now!!
