Rude staff. They do not greet when you walk in. Having their own personal conversations while the lobby is full instead of helping or asking what the clients are waiting for. No customer service skills

My wife went to this bank and she wanted to cash 6 checks of $50 dollars each. The clerk ask her if she had any account with them and she told her she did not. After that the clerk return all 6 checks and told her that she couldn’t cash the check because she didn’t had an account with them. My wife tried to understand what happened and she told my wife that it was not her problem but hers. Worst experience ever. The clerk was a black person very rude.
