  Don’t bother place is run poorly , no one picks up the phone the manager is hardly there and the employees look “thrilled” to be there . I banked with Citibank for 33 years and unlike wine they get worse every year for the past 5 years. I am closing my last account there today this way they will have more time for the one teller to take care of any leftover business . Maybe the 2 managers and 3 account specialists will answer the phone now .

  This location is terrible I came in here when the bank opened at 910 to withdraw and request a new card teller sends me to an associate to sit down and request a new card which take about 15 min then is sent back to the line I go back in the line to withdraw only to be told my signature is not on file now I am here for 30 min and there are advising me to wait for another banker who is now assisting a client this was a terrible experience and nobody insides the branched cared about my time every employee continued to do what the do while I sat and wait an additional 15 min I ended up leaving still with my issue being resolved at 10 that is unacceptable and I do not appreciate how I was handled and treated I will no longer come to this branch again

  Citi bank called me 4:11 saying my business account is open , finally after opening it before thanks giving (11/22/25), I asked them if I can do online banking already … they said no wait for the card to come in the mail . I asked if I can go make a deposit they said yes but come to pines branch where I opened it … I told them I want to go branch near my home plantation and would it be possible? They said yes they would just have to look up the account number. I went get account # but they were not able to make the deposit because they saying signatures was not upload and apparently that takes 24 hours … they said come back tomorrow or best to go same branch opened it … seems like an old system not synced up across multiple branch’s in same region . Went into bank same day they called me (12/1/25) before 5 they were not able to make exception to take $500 deposit for our non profit . Let’s see how many more days it will take I get holidays but over week we should be back in business but definitely not recomended branch or bank… choose Chase instead !!
