  Facility is beautiful. Online reservations would great. And I really appreciate Luis Sanchez bouncing around the bank, ultimately helping cut down the line for the tellers and getting me in and out quickly.

  Booked an appointment to meet with a banker. When I entered it was chaotic and disorganized. No one to greet and no chance my appointment time was honored. Received an email 30 mins later saying my appt was cancelled. Online banking just as disorganized. Yikes.

  We have been very impressed and happy with almost all aspects of this branch - most definitely 5-star, if not more. We are there occasionally, and have visited three times recently with matters requiring more than a teller. There is usually a bit of a wait, but we expect this since we don't make advance appointments. Today we were grateful to work with Ms. Yessica Gonzalez, who has helped us on other visits, and is a favorite of my wife. She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. Our experiences there have been uniformly positive, and today was no exception.

  Very disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in and was not greeted, but the teller sitting behind the desk never offered any assistance. I came to the office specifically for help and received none. Extremely rude and unhelpful experience. I came on my lunch and was never helped.
