    I agree with most of the reviews here! Customer service is non existent at this location !!!! DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU if you are in any way pressed for time! 35 minutes I sat and watched them wait on 5 cars in the other line but ignored the business line ! Not a way to run any business !!

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT bank with Truist. ATMs hardly ever work. Slow, rude staff. I do not care if yall close at 5pm and I walk in at 5pm, I WORK, and have CASH to deposit. If you’re in the building you are MY BANK and at MY SERVICE. You should not be turning away your people at 5pm on the dot. Get a new job if you don’t like it. Cannot believe how lazy yall are it’s truly astonishing.

    I went into Truist to make changes on my account I arrived at 2pm and around about 230 pm when some other customers came in and I was finally asked do I need help by the way the bank leader and a co worker were talking it up the whole time I needed help customer service sucks !!!!!
