Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely rude and bothered to help. Giving us a hard time for any requests we had. Closing the account immediately and moving to Regions, where they know how to treat their customers. They have a lot to learn about how to do business in Plant City. It’s a small town and word travels fast….
- SMsusan moellerOct 1, 20245.0I went in to open another account and Jonathan Rosado greeted me at the door. Wow!! I felt very welcome and he asked, if he could be any assistance for me. I explained what i needed done, he listened and took the time with me. He introduced me to Keishla Bonilla Cheverez and again Wow, I was greeted and felt very welcome being there at her desk. Emily Cancel stepped in and was assisting me as well with my account. I had VIP service and every employee made me feel welcome the entire time. I give this bank 10 stars for EXCELLENT Customer Service! If you don’t bank here, you are missing out! Go see them today !!
