Was called at 1045 to be told the banker assigned to my appointment wasn't in today and I'd have to make an appointment for another day . I politely told her if they couldn't get me in today they'd lose my business. She absolutely did not care. There's other banks out there. Honor your appointments. We all have schedules to keep.
