Apparently this branch doesn't hire people for their work ethic or customer service skills. I had an appointment and was a few minutes early to open several new accounts for a new business entity (I already have 2 other companies with WF already). I wait for a few minutes and am approached by a bank associate. He and 2 other people are standing around doing NOTHING except BS'ing with each other. The associate tells me that the WF website changed the bank my appointment was at to a different branch. Because this branch was already booked up. I'm not driving around to go to another bank. I ask if I can just be taken care of at this branch. The associate promptly tells me they're too busy and it might be a 2 HOUR wait... Yet several associates are standing around doing NOTHING. That's my last visit to this branch!

I had to eventually leave because no one wanted to service me. We were hoping for someone to meet with us on time as our time was limited. We saw customers come in after us and were serviced before us. No one eventually came to us nor acknowledged that we were still waiting.
