I moved to Pinellas County several years ago looking for the same type of customer service with a branch here. I visited several branches in the county. However, this branch provided me with the most outstanding CS of them all. I have both personal and business accounts, and the staff have always been accommodating to assist with both personal and business needs. Lawanda always greets with a smile and is always helpful. The bankers Chris and Jenny are hands down some of the best in the industry. Whatever my banking needs are, I can count on the staff at this location to provide five-star customer service.

The only good thing to say is, when I finally got to the teller, she was very pleasant. (Out of respect for the other customers' privacy, I won't post pictures)

I run a business and take multiple deposits each week to other branches and never had this issue. Best part is she returned my deposit bag and didn't even do the 2 she said she could do!! Worst branch ever and if you can't service your customers, hire better people and more of them!!
