    I have loved this bank for years since before SunTrust changed to Truist! It has had stable bankers for a long while and it was nice that they knew us by name. Recently there have been some changes and people have been moved around. But the bank still functions perfectly for my needs!

    I went to this Truist branch to close my account and was appointed to the branch manager Mr. Hoi Ngo. He took the time to thoroughly go thru my account transactions and helped take care of some overdraft fees.He also suggested I switch to a seniors account to save on the monthly fees. He was super nice and took his time to help me. Because of Hoi's over the top amazing personal service, I decided to not close my account and continue with Truist! I just wanted to show a little appreciation and write a review to say thank you for your time and outstanding customer service and generosity. It’s the little things that matter 👍🏻!!!

    Useless location. System was down. Everyone in the branch like a broken record says “our systems are down “. Atm cards don’t work either.

    I was being helped by a very nice guy until the teller next to him named Lynette decided to interfere stating that he was in training.. she then proceeded to ask me all these questions that had nothing to do with my banking needs.. I already hate coming to this branch I hate the vibe and the fact that it's a completely white staff who go out of their way to ignore me.. so I didn't want to have a whole conversation with her! She asked me how I pronounced my name and when I said "however you want to" she threw my Id and card back at me and said she couldn't help me.. there are some truly disgusting and entitled ppl in this world
